If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please "Contact Us" to get in touch with our customer service team, providing details about the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Our Responsibility:
If you receive an incorrect or defective order, please reach out to our customer service team. We will review your return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility:
Please ensure that you select the correct item during checkout. If you select the wrong product or size, you can still return the item for a refund (product price only) or exchange it. However, in this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both the return and the reshipping of the correct item.
Once we receive your return, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Important Notes:
- Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the original order.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included items. If these conditions are not met, the customer will be responsible for any incurred costs, and no refund will be issued.
- We do not accept returns for cash on delivery orders. If shipped, such returns will be refused.
- Final sale items, promotions, coupons, and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Once your package has been packed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure the address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2. Return for Good Condition Items
If you simply wish to return a product because of size, color, or any other reason, please reach out to customer service. We will accept returns as long as the item is in new and unused condition.
Return Shipping Process:
- We will process your order and ship your items within 3 business days.
- Our general return policy allows you to return items within 3 days of delivery. If the delivery date is within 30 days, the return will be processed. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted unless there is a quality issue.
- Once your return is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and the shipping date. Please note that some products may have different return guidelines or requirements.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
